Qualifications

• Master Plumber license and related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections; manage contractor licenses.
• Provide reporting and analytics to drive maintenance decisions.
