Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with strong facilities management experience.
• Ability to manage electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure buildings operate efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with store managers, facility services leadership, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain licenses and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance operations.
