Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for its facilities in a regional area, including Indianapolis. You will lead technicians, work with store managers and vendors, and ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 50%+ travel, strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with required certifications.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire
• Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state of employment
• 3–5 years building maintenance experience or more
• Experience in facilities management, construction management or mechanical maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities in a regional area
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe and efficient operations
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership and various vendors/contractors
• Maintain reporting and analytics related to maintenance performance
• Secure permits and ensure inspections comply with codes and regulations
