Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional footprint in Hawaii. You will guide a team of technicians, work with store managers and leadership, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, efficient facilities.

The role requires travel ~50%+ within the region, strong leadership, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current HI C-13 Electrical Contractor License, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Manage reporting and analytics for facility operations.
• Ensure permits and inspections are obtained and scheduled per codes.
• Travel approximately 50% or more within the region.
