Job summary

Walmart seeks a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area. You will lead technicians, partner with store managers and leadership, and ensure safe, efficient buildings for associates and customers.

Ideal candidates hold EPA 608, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, MS HVAC/R license, and a state mechanical contractor license, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities or construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region and ensure regulatory compliance.
