Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to maintain facilities within a regional area.
• Coordinate with store managers, facility services leadership, vendors, and contractors as needed.
• Oversee reporting and analytics related to facilities performance.
• Ensure contractor licenses are current and compliant with regulations.
• Participate in training to stay updated on codes and safety requirements.
