Job summary

LJA Facilities is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead the facilities and office services across multiple locations. You will ensure safe, well-maintained environments, staff oversight, and cost-effective operations supporting employee-owners and clients.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects, manage budgets, and maintain compliance with safety standards across the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as facility or construction manager across multiple locations.
• Proven leadership of facilities teams across locations.
• Proficiency with OSHA standards and safety practices.
• Experience developing budgets, managing capital expenditures, and overseeing RFPs and contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritise and organize work across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop facilities staff across multiple locations.
• Oversee repairs, remodels, preventive maintenance, and service desk tickets while meeting SLAs/KPIs.
• Manage budgets, invoices, time approval, and capital planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on facility projects.
• Perform monthly audits and coordinate safety inspections and training.
