Job summary

JLL in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager (M2) to oversee facilities operations across multiple sites within the region. You will lead a team of facilities professionals, manage vendor partnerships, and drive preventive maintenance programs while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years in facilities management, experience managing $20M+ budgets, and the ability to travel about 15% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in FM/Engineering/Business.
• 10+ years facilities mgmt; 5+ years leadership across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, building automation.
• Experience managing $20M+ budgets; cost optimization.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Proficiency with CMMS, MS Office, and FM technologies.
• Valid driver's license and 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for the FM team aligned with client objectives.
• Manage regional facilities budgets $20M+, with detailed financial reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Sr FM, FMs, and Chief Engineers; conduct reviews.
• Build and maintain client relationships via regular communications and reviews.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs; schedule work orders; minimize downtime.
• Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and ensure safety/compliance.
