Job summary

LJA Facilities is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead the facilities and office services function across multiple locations. You will ensure all facilities are safe, well-maintained, staffed, and aligned with LJA standards while managing teams, vendors, budgets, and preventive maintenance programs.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost-effective operations that support employee-owners and clients, with travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as facility or construction manager, including leading teams across locations.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, AutoCAD and service desk ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and general safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities staff across multiple locations with regular coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
• Oversee repairs, remodels, preventive maintenance, and service desk tickets with SLA/KPI oversight.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors on facility needs, budgets, and capital planning.
