The ASPCA is seeking a Regional Director of Facilities Operations to lead strategic and daily management of facilities across New York City, Pawling, DC, and Florida. The role demands strong leadership, risk management, and cross-location coordination to ensure safety and operational excellence.

Reporting to the VP of Facilities Operations, you will shape maintenance strategies, oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and compliance, while guiding a team to deliver world-class facilities that

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading managers across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, safety, and security).
• Experience with CMMS and work-order platforms.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% and work on-site in NYC area.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facilities operations across multiple ASPCA locations (NYC, Pawling, DC, FL).
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for owned and leased properties.
• Lead SOP development and standard operating procedures across sites.
• Manage work order system, asset tracking, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with ASPCA policies.
