Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Facilities Contract Coordinator to support all contractual aspects of Facilities Operations nationwide. This on-site role coordinates master service agreements, SLAs, amendments, and termination letters, and tracks them in Airtable and Box.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Facilities Administration, the coordinator ensures timely renewals, accurate records, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners across locations including the New York office.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract drafting and compliance management.
• Experience with vendor relationship management and procurement best practices.
• Highly organized with time-management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, formatting, and distribution of Facilities-related RFPs and RFIs.
• Monitor RFPs/RFIs for clarity, compliance, and competitive bidding.
• Coordinate vendor communications and proposal submissions; track renewals and terminations.
