Job summary

ASPCA seeks Regional Director of Facilities Operations to lead strategic and day-to-day management of facilities across New York City, Pawling, Washington, D.C., and Florida. You will oversee maintenance, safety, compliance, and operational excellence, reporting to the Vice President of Facilities Operations.

The role is on-site with up to 15% travel, nights/weekends as needed for 24/7 operations; compensation includes a target hiring range of 128,000–136,000 annually and a $5,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management preferred.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, Incident Command, or Fire Safety are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities staff and operations across New York City, Pawling, Washington, D.C., and Florida.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for leased and owned properties.
• Lead capital projects, vendor selection, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ASPCA policies.
