Macro Group is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead the FM team across the California region. You will drive hard and soft FM service delivery, manage suppliers, ensure SLAs, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

You will develop a high-performing team of Facilities Managers and Assistants, align operations with client expectations, and champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and proactive problem solving.

• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintenance regimes.
• Champion outstanding customer service, aligned with Macro’s commitment to client satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and optimize supply chain and service delivery standards.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaborative success.
• Oversee performance reporting, data analysis, and management information systems.
• Ensure site teams are fully trained, appropriately qualified, and equipped with the necessary documentation and access.
