Job summary

Macro is a recognised global specialist in facilities management, delivering flexible FM services across major brands with focus on workplace design, helpdesk support, and property management. This role leads a team of facility managers, oversees hard and soft services, and drives customer satisfaction.

You will manage vendor relationships, audits, and store openings while coaching coordinators and maintaining data like asset registers and helpdesks to support client decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supply chains and small/medium projects in the Americas.
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance in the Americas.
• Excellent health and safety awareness.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to prioritise work to deadlines.
• Desire to take ownership of a problem and find the solution.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with customers.
• Good IT skills with Word & Excel knowledge.
• Experience using project management and accounting software.
• Team player with good organisational skills.
• Service provider experience preferred.
• Self-driven with discipline to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management of technical and cleaning services.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain FM delivery quality via audits.
• Carry out quarterly audits at key stores.
• Support FM services with site/vendor visits as needed.
• Visit stores when issues disrupt business continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service delivery issues.
• Lead and support new store openings from handover.
• Maintain helpdesk, asset registers, and O&Ms.
• Compile reports for client decisions with data.
• Highlight asset risks and opportunities.
• Identify best practices and implement improvements.
• Provide training and coaching to coordinators.
• Ensure regional processes are documented and updated.
