Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Support Specialist for the NorCal region to maintain multiple properties. You will perform maintenance, make-readies, curb appeal work, and assist with capex projects as needed.

Travel between properties within the region is required to support operations, inspect work, and coordinate with contractors. You will follow safety policies and OSHA training, ensuring properties meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1/II or Universal)
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
• Flexibility to work across multiple properties within a region
• Ability to work outside standard Mon–Fri hours as needed
• Regular in-person attendance during scheduled hours

Responsibilities

• Travels between properties within a designated region to assist with makereadies, work orders, curb appeal, cap ex projects, etc.
• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and punch list coordination.
• Obtains materials, tracks inventory, and coordinates with maintenance supervisor when reordering.
• Documents work in a timely, accurate, and complete manner for service tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities (cleanup, pressure-washing, painting).
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing parts where feasible.
• Follows safety policies and attends OSHA trainings; reports incidents promptly.
• Inspects contractor work to ensure quality meets scope and specifications.
• Assists in periodic property inspections and communicates needs to management.
• Willingness to travel; flights and overnight stays may be required.
