Macro Group is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead the FM team across the California region. You will drive hard and soft FM service delivery, manage suppliers, ensure SLAs, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

You will develop a high-performing team of Facilities Managers and Assistants, align operations with client expectations, and champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and proactive problem solving.

About the Role

As a key part of our commitment to Everyday Excellence, Outstanding Experience, and Everlasting Impact, the Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering an efficient, effective, and customer-focused facilities management service.

This role ensures the seamless delivery of both hard and soft FM services through dedicated suppliers, upholding the highest standards and fostering continuous improvement. With a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement, the Regional Manager leads and develops a high-performing team of Facilities Managers and Assistants, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace experience across the region.

The salary range for this role is between $130,000 to $160,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the FM team, ensuring effective workload management and supporting career development.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and business development across the regional portfolio.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintenance regimes.

• Ensure compliance with Macro’s and client standards, policies, and technical procedures.
• Lead HSE compliance, including risk assessments and audits, while promoting a safety-first culture.
• Participate in service reviews and implement improvements to enhance operational delivery.
• Ensure site teams are fully trained, appropriately qualified, and equipped with the necessary documentation and access.
