Vitalant seeks a Senior Manager, Regional Facility Operations to lead facilities management across a regional portfolio. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operations to keep facilities safe, reliable, and efficient.

You will develop teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors to drive preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and capital projects within a regulated nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years facilities/asset management with budgeting and real estate planning.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with BAS and Facility Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional facilities personnel and foster accountability.
• Oversee building systems, maintenance, and infrastructure.
• Develop preventive maintenance and asset replacement plans.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Lead facility improvement projects with budgets and timelines.
• Partner with regional leaders on space planning and relocations.
• Develop budgets, forecast capex, monitor financial performance.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability.
