Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional portfolio. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facilities for associates and customers.

Responsibilities include travel, collaboration with Store Managers and leadership, coordination with vendors, and driving reporting and analytics while maintaining licenses and regulatory compliance to meet building codes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years in facilities management or 3 years with a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state of employment.
• Experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and registrations.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections per codes.
