Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of its facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management or 3 years with a bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
• Oversee coordination with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain reporting and analytics on facility operations and compliance.
