Job summary

Chimes DC is seeking a seasoned Contract Site Manager to lead contract proposals, purchasing, implementation, and quality control across DC facilities. The role emphasizes developing and evaluating long-term contracts, staffing, and ensuring compliance with contract specs.

You will supervise project managers, coordinate with staff and government facility teams, ensure safety and performance standards, and prepare documentation for contract development and renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with substantial field experience in contract or site management.
• Experience supervising and evaluating staff in a facilities/contract environment.
• Knowledge of government contracting and safety/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project managers; assist in staff hiring and development.
• Oversee contract development, pricing, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Evaluate proposed service contracts and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with contract specs, safety policies, and quality controls.
• Coordinate with building occupants, government staff, and service vendors.
• Prepare required documentation for contract development and implementation.
