Job summary

Chimes District of Columbia is seeking a Project Manager (Finance) to lead contract performance, schedule development, and staffing for complex facilities services. You will monitor productivity, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate with HR and partners to grow leadership within the team.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience supervising a workforce on sizeable contracts, and familiarity with facility management tools.

Qualifications

• 5 years managing a workforce on a contract of similar scope and size.
• Solid knowledge of building service management, equipment, and chemicals.
• Familiarity with green cleaning practices and CIMS certification standards.
• Comfort with electronic tracking systems (MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of assigned contracts, following ROM guidelines and contract specifications.
• Build staffing, work, transportation, and building schedules meeting contract requirements.
• Track completed and outstanding work, identify productivity trends, and maintain schedules.
• Step in as backup APM when needed.
• Oversee floor care and maintenance scheduling, labor budget, and inventory control.
• Build strong relationships with government facility staff and represent the team in meetings.
