Job summary

Drury Hotels in Grand Rapids is seeking a motivated supervisor to provide expert leadership across all hotel departments and to deliver exceptional guest service. You will train, develop, and coach team members while driving key metrics such as quality, service, profitability, and team performance.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, a hospitality-related bachelor's degree (preferred), and hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel taking the lead on providing exceptional guest service.
