Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistently excellent consultative client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and drive operational execution across the portfolio.

You’ll own staffing, facilities, compliance, and performance, traveling to multiple locations to maintain in-person leadership and client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client-focused mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business outcomes across multiple locations, with labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices with consistent standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, feedback, and outcomes to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve business results and client retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
