You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance across locations while balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership.

The role requires leading multiple teams, optimizing processes, and traveling between offices to maintain in‑person leadership and client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to travel frequently during the day with minimal overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with discipline and consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors in the office.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting clear expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve business results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
