You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, and align priorities for client outcomes and business results. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while traveling between offices to maintain consistent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of work experience leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations; reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client-centric leadership.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; reinforce accountability and performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, feedback, and outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices; monitor metrics and act on trends.
