Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a proactive Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a superior client experience with disciplined execution across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and manage staffing, facilities, and compliance to support seasonal demand.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel between offices to maintain in-person presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices, ensuring standards are executed with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with hands-on leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve business results and client acquisition/retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, compliance, SOPs, and service delivery.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, equipment, supplies, recruitment, onboarding, and seasonal preparation.
