Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high‑quality, consultative client experience.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategy with in‑office presence, and drive consistency in service, staffing, and compliance. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day‑to‑day operations while guiding teams to achieve revenue, growth, and performance targets across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and accountability capabilities.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for performance.
• Coach using observed behaviors, feedback, and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and act to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
