Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, and drive business performance across locations.

You will own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while guiding teams to deliver exceptional client service and measurable results across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset delivering consultative experiences.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; drive improvements across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with strong leadership.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, performance, and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily office operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal prep.
