Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/operations.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, outcomes, and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
