Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience across every location.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to align priorities and drive performance. In this role you’ll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with outcomes responsibility.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across locations.
• Experience leading through change and new processes adoption.
• Ability to travel frequently to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Adopt new client experience processes and tools with leadership by example.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and outcomes to improve performance.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Own office readiness including facilities, supplies, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
