You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on in-office presence, coach teams to deliver expert guidance, and ensure readiness for seasonal demand while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes
• Ability to travel frequently between offices

Responsibilities

• Own consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with consistent standards
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and coaching
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, performance outcomes, and real-time feedback
• Identify patterns and address gaps to develop bench strength and improve results
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve client acquisition and retention
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs across offices
