Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and ensure office readiness across staffing, facilities, and compliance.

You will drive revenue and performance, monitor trends, and lead teams to meet client expectations while maintaining strong in-person presence across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with a consultative service background.
• Proven leadership能力 with ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations (labor management).
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviours.
• Lead teams by setting expectations, reinforcing accountability, and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real-time feedback to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand with facilities, equipment, and onboarding.
