You will set expectations for consultative service, execution, and business results while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals across locations. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, align priorities, and drive revenue, growth, and client acquisition across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations with accountability for results.

• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a consistent client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution and performance.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and ensure readiness.
