H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance and client outcomes with hands-on leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong leadership with coaching ability and client-centric mindset.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices, ensuring discipline and consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors in offices.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices; address performance gaps and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across assigned offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal preparation.
