You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while driving business results. As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, travel between offices, and champion client-centric

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative service.
• Demonstrated leadership and accountability across operations and staffing.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and impact, identifying gaps and improvements.
• Lead adoption of client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Provide actionable feedback and develop bench strength among staff.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and workforce readiness.
