H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will mentor Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensure office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, and drive revenue and client satisfaction through strong leadership and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities with coaching, accountability, and team development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day ops across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead tax professionals and client service professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution with real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance, trends, and actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
