Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices across the region, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic leadership with hands-on presence, and drive revenue, client acquisition, and performance across offices while ensuring readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple locations and drive results.
• Strong client-focused and communication skills, with coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and outcomes.
• Develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee facilities, recruitment, onboarding, and seasonal readiness.
