Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong business results across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing and facilities, and support day-to-day operations with in-person leadership. Frequent travel across offices is required to maintain alignment and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to travel frequently across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and results.
• Develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and act to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and office readiness.
