Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Lead adoption of new processes and tools while modeling client‑centric leadership.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Build bench strength, address performance gaps, and drive revenue and growth across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and improve client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, facilities, compliance, and office readiness.
