Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, consultative client experience and driving business results. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and own office readiness and day-to-day operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experiences.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and improve the experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with visible leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent across locations.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and take actions to improve results and client satisfaction.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal planning.
