You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive business results with hands-on leadership. You’ll own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, traveling between offices to maintain presence and performance, while building bench strength and delivering a winning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/ops with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results while managing day-to-day ops across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client-experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, setting clear expectations.
• Provide coaching from observed behaviors and performance data to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, SOPs, and service delivery.
