Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics and manage daily operations, staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Travel frequently between offices to maintain in‑person leadership.
