Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance. You’ll own office readiness, staffing, and daily operations, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead teams by setting expectations and coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
