Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and align operations with business goals. You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day execution while traveling between offices to maintain hands‑on leadership and a client‑centric,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail/service/operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric approach with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results and managing day‑to‑day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–6 retail offices with consistent client experience and disciplined execution.
• Evaluate site performance and client impact to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide timely feedback and develop bench strength for high‑potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational results across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and ensure readiness across locations.
