H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, foster a welcoming, confident environment, and align priorities with business results. You’ll manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, while driving performance across locations and preparing offices for seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, outcomes, and feedback.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and talent across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and client acquisition.
