Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive business results with hands-on leadership.

In this role you will manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, while using data to improve client outcomes and retention across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead teams by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data.
