You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver guidance with a welcoming, confident experience.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, manage staffing, facilities, and day‑to‑day operations, and align priorities to strengthen execution and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit environments with accountability for performance.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations including staffing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
