H&R Block, Inc. seeks an experienced Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4 to 6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience across locations.

You will set expectations for consultative service, performance, and business results while modeling hands-on leadership. Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams to anticipate client needs, and ensure staffing, compliance, and office readiness across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Experience coaching and holding teams accountable to performance goals.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve the experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations, reinforcing accountability, and coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
