You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operations, and performance, while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver expert guidance and a welcoming experience. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including handling client escalations.
• Ability to travel frequently in-day with minimal overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and feedback to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operating performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and act to improve results and client acquisition/retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOP adherence across offices.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities, supplies, and seasonal demand preparation.
