Job summary

PCMS is seeking an experienced EVS Operations Manager to oversee daily multi-facility operations, lead teams, maintain customer relationships, and ensure white-glove cleaning standards are met across the region.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to juggle priorities, communicate professionally, and hold teams accountable while providing operational leadership and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EVS/housekeeping operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, PPE, and equipment.
• Ability to travel between facilities and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple facilities.
• Maintain a leadership presence at assigned facilities.
• Ensure facilities remain clean, safe, staffed, and inspection-ready.
• Conduct and document facility inspections.
• Address cleanliness and performance concerns in real time.
• Coach, train, and hold team leads and housekeeping employees accountable.
• Build relationships with customers, facility contacts, and staff.
• Respond to call-outs and coordinate coverage as needed.
• Monitor attendance, uniforms, PPE, and employee performance.
• Coordinate supply, equipment, chemical, and linen needs for each facility.
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning procedures.
• Investigate customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular operational updates to senior leadership.
